How is my course assessed?
In most cases staff can gain enough experience in the workplace to cover all elements of the course. A qualified assessor will visit staff regularly at their place of work to offer direction and support and sign off activity when the standard has been achieved. The staff member will prove they have achieved the standard by gathering evidence of their work through guidance from the assessor. In some cases more help may be required in the form of further training and this can be supplied as and when necessary.
This course can be started at any point throughout the year.
Duration 12-15 months
