Appeals/Complaints for Awarding

Extraordinary results appeals/complaints process Summer 2020

In response to the additional demands in terms of calculating/adapting grades for the results subjected to post-March 20th lockdown, we are responding by providing a temporary change to existing appeals/complaints processes related to grade outcomes received by students. This temporary change is intended to provide a quick response to the individual and be used in conjunction with Awarding Organisation/Ofqual guidance in relation to this results series only.

Individuals will have up to 10 working days from the date they received their results to raise their concern in response to the release of the results by CWA, which will be the official date determined by the AO in which students will receive.

No individual is able to raise their concern in any other way than through this portal. Where necessary, students will be given appropriate access and support to complete this online.
