You will be interviewed and assessed to identify your potential, commitment and motivation to achieve the apprenticeship, based upon the range and level of activities you will be undertaking in the workplace.

Candidates need GCSE grade 2/E Maths & English.

Success story

Ryan Thomson

Horticulture Apprenticeship (Advanced) Level 3

Ryan Thomson selected an apprenticeship as he was in full-time employment. He currently works at Ely City Golf Course.

“The benefits of studying an apprenticeship are that you can study while you work and for me, it is a better, more hands-on approach to learning. I enjoy being with like-minded people, who all want to achieve the same goals. The tutors have great knowledge and skills and try hard to push and motivate you.”

Ryan was awarded Horticulture Apprentice of the Year 2019.
