What will I do on this course?
On this course, you'll cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes. If you enjoy cooking different styles or are interested in learning some new dishes, this is the course for you.
Using the Novus Restaurant's excellent facilities and kitchen, you'll work on the following dishes:
- Week 1: Chicken and schezwan chow mein
- Week 2: Sesame prawn toast and homemade sweet & sour sauce
- Week 3: Kung pao tofu
- Week 4: Chicken katsu curry
- Week 5: Miso cod ramen
- Week 6: Avocado hasomaki sushi rolls
All ingredients are included in the cost of the course.
