Jack Robins

Professional Cookery - Level 3

“I went on to study my level 3 diploma as I really liked the modules on the course and it was the best route for me to apply to university. The tutors are helpful and the catering factilites at CWA are very good, with a very large kitchen and a wide range of equipment. The Novus Restaurant enables students to gain real-life work experience as we are involved in preparing, cooking and serving members of the public."

Jack is now studying Hospitality Management at Nottingham Trent University.
