Understanding Challenging Behaviour - Level 2

Subjects covered include:

• Understanding behaviour that challenges
• Understanding how to promote positive behaviour
• Understanding the role of reflection
• Supporting those involved in incidents of challenging behaviour

Learning is remote and involves working through a learning pack and completing assessments. You will be allocated a commercial trainer, who will be able to support you via phone or email.

You must be over 19 and not on any other funded training programme.
