Understanding Workplace Violence and Harassment - Level 2

Subjects covered include:

• How to contribute to a positive and safe work environment
• How to reduce and effectively deal with violence in the workplace
• Understanding equality, diversity and inclusion

Learning is remote and involves working through a learning pack and completing assessments. You will be allocated a commercial trainer, who will be able to support you via phone or email.

You must be over 19 and not on any other funded training programme.
