I am a first-year student studying Veterinary Nursing at UcWA and thoroughly enjoying the course.
The Cambridge campus is a lovely place to be, as it is spacious and friendly, and makes me feel comfortable when on campus. As this campus only focuses on land-based programmes, including animal management, equine and veterinary nursing there is a real community feel and togetherness, encouraging the students to assist one another.
The course itself is very interesting, covering a vast range of different subjects. The lectures are informative, engaging and I love that practical sessions are regularly incorporated into our timetable. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and the support is excellent. Lecturers are always there to help with any issues or concerns I have.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in Veterinary Nursing and I look forward to achieving my goal of being a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
