The College of West Anglia's NCS cohort and security students have been praised for their help at this year's Fawkes in the Walks fireworks display in King's Lynn.
Security students helped out on the night with crowd control and health and safety. This year saw more than 5000 people attend the free event. Andrew Gedge, head of faculty for uniformed and public services, has praised the work of the cohort and their abilities to cope with a major public event so effectively.
The morning after the event saw more than 20 NCS students up bright and early, at 7am, to help with the big clean up operation on the recreation area.
A big thank you to all involved.
