Award in Personal Social Skills - Introduction to Customer Services - Level 1
We aim to support peoples confidence, resilience and personal skills through a range of accredited training courses that will help progress their educational or employment opportunities.
Whether it is to get back into work, switch career or move onto further education, this course will inform and guide learners on the values, attitudes and personal skills required to thrive in the 21st century.
Learners will progress to be strong, independent and resilient individuals.
There are 4 modules for the Award (8 credits). Each module will be delivered in a half day workshop. This could be at the college or an alternative suitable venue.
