We will release your young person's second 'progress review' of the academic year on the student portal and would love for you to come in to discuss how they're doing.

Progress Review 2

From late December, we will release your young person's second 'progress review' of the academic year on the student portal.

Throughout the progress review period, teaching staff will produce a document which highlights the following:

• Attitude towards the programme
• Progress made this academic year
• Attendance performance
• Targets for the remaining of the academic year
• Expected and aspirational grades

If your young person is under the age of 18 (or aged 18 or over and has given consent to continue to share progress with you), you will also receive a copy of the progress review by email.

Booking your parent's evening

Choose the programme area under the campus to book your slot. You will need to your young person's course code.

Once you've chosen the programme area, you'll need to select your young person's course from all the available options.

You'll then see a list of staff available to meet with for that course, the available dates (you'll have to go through the calendar to find the available dates) and times to book.

Please choose your preference and complete the form. You'll receive an email with confirmation of your booking which, if your meeting is online, will include the Microsoft Teams link to join. 

For any dates which are currently unavailable, we'll send you a text and email when they're ready to book.

• King's Lynn campus

  • A-Levels - the A-Level parent's evening will take place on 11th February from 5pm - 8pm. We'll send you a text when available to book.
  • Art & Design, Photography & Graphics - various dates depending on course
    • Please note that the course director for the second year of Art & Design - Level 3 is currently on secondment and is hosting parent's evenings on the 22nd April.
  • Business (including T-Level) - 29th January 
  • Childcare & Early Years - various dates depending on course
  • Construction & Trades - 11th February
  • Computing - various dates depending on course
  • Engineering, Electrical and Motor Vehicle - various dates depending on course 
  • ESOL - 16th January
  • Inclusive Learning & Foundation - various dates depending on course
    • Our foundation team would have contacted you directly with a link to book!
  • Hair & Beauty - various dates depending on course
    • Please note that we're still confirming dates for Beauty - Level 2.
  • Health & Social Care - either 11th or 12th February (depending on course)
  • Hospitality & Cookery - 4th February
  • Media - 4th or 5th February (depending on course) 
  • Performing Arts & Music - various dates depending on course
  • Public Services - various dates depending on course
    • Please note that we're still confirming dates for Public Services - Level 1.
  • Science & Criminology - 12th February
    • Please note that we're still confirming dates for the second year for Applied Science - Level 3.
  • Step up to Level 2 and Level 3 - 20th or 29th January
  • Travel & Tourism - 3rd February
