Each week you will cook a different dish that can be made either with or without meat, or using cheap alternatives, that won't compromise on flavour. You will then be able to take home the dish you have made to enjoy with the family.
You will also be provided with nutritional information for each dish and will be given information on the nutritional needs of children and adults as a reference, so you can use this when meal planning in the future. Resources will also be provided to you on where you can go locally to access reduced food.
