On this course, you'll bake a variety of cakes, bakes and biscuits. Using the Novus Restaurant's excellent facilities and kitchen, you'll be working on something different each week!
You'll make the following:
Week 1: Choc chip cookies & empire biscuits
Week 2: Various 'tray bakes'
Week 3: Cupcakes with a variety of finishes
Week 4: Choux pastry to make profiteroles and chocolate sauce
Week 5: Brownies and starting madeira cakes for finishing next week
Week 6: Celebration cake with buttercream or sugar paste finish
All ingredients are included in the cost of the course.
