
Students from the Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Cookery course took a trip around the coast on Monday 6 February, for a four course dinner at Shucks at the Yurt.
Head chef Phil Milner is a good friend of the college and has helped host many guest chef nights at Novus Restaurant and competitions in the past.
Alex Harrison, catering lecturer, said: “Phil Milner once again supported CWA with a 4 course meal, meal was amazing the ambience was brilliant the experience of the night, food and music was just brilliant. Flavours bursting with excitement the excellence of the entire evening was superb. Phil trained at CWA and is a keen supporter of the Hospitality department.”
