Aimee-Rain Butcher studied BTEC Ext Diploma Nursing/Paramedic Academy Level 3 at CWA. Her tutors described Aimee as “an exceptional young person who demonstrated resilience, dedication and excellence in both her personal and academic life”. Not only does Aimee maintain outstanding performance, attitude and attendance, she also balances this alongside being a young carer.

During her second year of the Level 3, Aimee attended the Turing project to Crete, where her dedication to her studies shone through at her work experience placement.  She was also successful in achieving runner up in the Sport, Public & Caring Services category of the 2025 Student of the Year awards.
