I completed my work experience with Sandringham Estate. I have carried out various roles within the Estate, such as ticket office, admissions gate and working within the shop and Sandringham House.

I have learnt a great deal about customer service, and this has helped me progress on the customer service unit of my course. I have also found that doing work experience has improved my communication skills, as I had to greet customers and give them information about Sandringham.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning new topics, such as customer service and management, which I didn’t get to cover whilst studying GCSE’s at secondary school.

I chose to study at CWA as it offered the best course that I needed to reach the next level of my career.

On completion of my course, I plan to take a gap year and then apply to university to further my studies.
