Charlie Conway has successfully completed his Production Chef Level 2 apprenticeship at The White Horse in Brancaster, where he has become an integral and highly respected member of the team.
His assessor praised his practical skills, stating:
“I was truly impressed by what I saw. The starters Charlie was preparing were not only visually stunning, but also perfectly cooked and consistently excellent.”
Charlie’s colleagues echo this sentiment, describing him as someone who takes immense pride in his work and consistently supports others around him. His leadership qualities shone through when he took a new apprentice under his wing, helping him both in the kitchen and through their college studies—demonstrating maturity, mentorship, and a collaborative spirit.
Further showcasing his commitment and talent, Charlie recently competed in the Seafood Chef of the Year competition alongside his colleague and the apprentice he mentored.
