Elena studies T-Level Management and Administration Elena chose to study at CWA as she wanted to get good experience.

The course involves a variety of theory and practical skills lessons to help students be successful in employment and in assessments. A big part of the course is industry placement, where students apply what they have learnt in lessons.

Elena said, “I’m enjoying my industry placement at Williams Refrigeration. I’m developing many skills in multiple areas of the business; my confidence and professionalism has grown a lot. I have also been working in many areas linked to the course, such as quality management and communicating with different stakeholders. In addition, I have attended meetings with managers and directors, chaired meetings, organise travel and accommodation for those that need it and completed a process audit.

I am currently applying to study business management at university.

I chose the college as it has a good environment and provides new and different experiences. The tutors are really caring and support us, and we have an office facility within our classroom.”
