Jasmine studied HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship with Human Capital Department Ltd. Jasmine had previously studied A-level Business and wanted to do this within a workplace but wasn’t sure which direction to go. The HR apprenticeship was a step into the industry.

Jasmine said, “I had just left sixth form and I was looking for an apprenticeship and didn’t want to stay in full-time education, I wanted to be in a workplace. I saw the apprenticeship advertised at the college and I was familiar with the place, so I applied. My time at CWA has helped me develop my knowledge of HR and Business Relations. I have finished my apprenticeship and now work full-time for Human Capital Departments Ltd, and I am now working towards my CIPD Level 5.
