A requirement of Kai's course was to complete a work experience placement, in which Kai undertook at D and O Motor Services. During his time there he demonstrated a strong work ethic, along with the skills and knowledge essential for the industry. Impressed by Kai's performance, the company offered him a job upon completing his college studies.
