Ryan takes part in Supported Internship at CWA and is in his final year.

Ryan said “The Supported Internship Programme has enabled me to gain confidence within a working environment. During my internship, I have worked within The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the College of West Anglia.

I have enjoyed all experiences, from organising events in the Learning Resource Centre at CWA to handing out tea, coffee and biscuits to people on the Gayton Ward, QEH.

This course has improved my confidence as well as my time management, communication and customer service skills. I decided to go to college as it was a new chapter that would offer new challenges and experiences. If you are thinking about studying the Supported Internship Programme, then go for it! It’s a good experience and every day you learn something new. I plan to look for a job on completion of my course.”
