Saba participates in the Supported Internship Programme at CWA.

Saba said, “A typical day for me is stocking up drinks, serving customers, operating the till and cleaning down areas. I chose to study this programme as I wanted to gain confidence and experience within a job role. I thoroughly enjoy customer service, as I get to serve customers and talk to throughout the day, as well as make new friends in my work placements and learn new skills.

If you are considering the Supported Internship Programme at CWA then I would say it’s good to do, because you get work experience.”

Saba has now gained paid employment as a kitchen assistant.
