Wanting to learn a little bit more about pastries and desserts? Whether you'd like to ease that sweet tooth of yours or to treat someone sweet, this is the course for you.
This course will start on Thursday 27th February 2025 and will run each Thursday for 6 weeks from 6.00pm - 8.30pm.
During this evening course, one of our excellent industry-trained chefs will take you through different recipes each week. Not only will they highlight the importance of preparation, each ingredient and presentation of the dish, you'll learn basic techniques to help you recreate each dish confidently at home.
Included in the price a College branded apron for you to keep.
