The course is designed to follow HSE- The Control of Legionella bacteria in water systems L8 document and will provide candidates with the knowledge of correct methods of design, control and maintenance of water systems. It addresses the conditions in which legionella infection may take place and how this may be controlled in order to minimise the risk. This course is designed for personnel involved in the installation and/or maintenance of equipment susceptible to contamination by the bacteria legionella
Certificates expire after 5 years and can be renewed up to 6 months in advance.
