This course is for beginners in sugarcraft, including those with very limited skills in the subject.
A step by step course which will include how to line your tin and bake a fruit cake through to covering with marzipan and sugar-paste, piping skills and making decorations for a special occasion of your choice.
You will be required to provide all of your equipment and ingredients for the course. Your tutor will advise you of everything you will require for the course at the first session.
The college have spare aprons to be borrowed or feel free to bring your own.
