This course is aimed for individuals to further develop skills in sugarcraft, from completing our beginners course and/or have previous experience in sugarcraft and cake decorating.
This course is offered at our King's Lynn Campus on Thursday 8th January 2026 and will run each Thursday for six weeks 6.00pm - 8.30pm.
The course will include how to tier cakes, brush embroidery, various side designs and to make basic models. You will also learn how to complete a wired flower spray to include roses, leaves, filler flowers and ribbon loops.
Your tutor will advise you of everything you will require at the first session.
The college have spare aprons to be borrowed or feel free to bring your own.
