Completing your enrolment - important!
We've added a new section to your student portal called "Studying with us soon?" which is where you'll confirm your personal details, upload a photo of yourself for your ID card, upload a photo of your grades / certificates and confirm your first choice course (if you've applied for more than one). You'll find four different steps on the student portal which you will need to complete:
- Step 1 - confirming your personal details
- Step 2 - uploading a photo of yourself for your ID card
- Step 3 - confirming your first choice course
- Step 4 - uploading a photo of your GCSE results or other certificates.
If you have just finished year 11, you won't be able to upload a photo of your grades transcript until you receive it on GCSE results day (Thursday 20th August).
Please click the eye icon next to each step, follow the on-screen instructions and then press "Complete" to finish the step.Once you've completed this, a member of our enrolment team will review what you've done and "verify" each step. If we have everything we need, we will confirm your enrolment shortly after this. It's really important that you complete these steps on the student portal as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary disruption to the start of your apprenticeship.Even if you have just finished year 11, you should still complete steps 1 - 3 and leave step 4 until you've received your grades. You'll thank yourself later when you only have to think about uploading a photo of your grades on the 20th of August! You'll receive your ID card and lanyard during your induction.

When is my induction / start date?
If your apprenticeship starts in September, you'll be invited to an induction during the summer (or in the first week of September) to collect your ID card and lanyard, meet your apprenticeship advisor, course director and see the facilities. This is also your opportunity to ask any more questions about college and what your apprenticeship will look like. If there are multiple induction sessions for your apprenticeship, your apprenticeship advisor will confirm what slot you should attend with you / your employer separately.
You can find your induction date below. Please bring some ID with you to your induction session. If a slot is not listed for your apprenticeship and you're not sure when to come in, please contact your apprenticeship advisor.
