We've updated the majority of timetables on this page but there are still a few we're awaiting for confirmation on (including all of the Cambridge campus). For those, we'll send you a text and email once they're available.

Understanding our room numbers
Our rooms are named based on the building they are in and the floor they are on.The letter indicates what building the room is in (for example, F101 is in the front block; this makes sense generally but please note that the Tower Block uses the letter Q!) and the first number indicates the floor the room is on. For example, room F316 is on the third floor of the front block.
Please report to the room listed on your first day. Don't worry if you get lost, there will be lots of staff around and anyone with a red lanyard on will be able to help!

What time is my induction?
For most courses, your induction will start at 9am (8.45am at the King's Lynn campus) and finish at 4.15pm on each of the days listed next to your course on this page.

What should I bring on my first day?
On your first day, you should bring:
- A pen and notebook
- A reusable water bottle and lunch / money to use for food
- Kit and equipment if listed under the start information for your programme area on this page
If you haven't already enrolled during the summer (i.e. collected your ID card and lanyard), you should bring some photo ID and your GCSE grade sheet (or upload it to the student portal!)

You can find your course code on the student portal under the"Applications" tab.
If you change course at enrolment (for example, if you exceeded the entry requirements and were enrolled on a higher level), your new course will be displayed on near your photo:

What will my induction week be like?
Your induction week is all about getting settled into the life as a CWA student. You'll get to know your tutors, classmates and become familiar with the college campus. You'll cover an overview of the course, our expectations of you at college and take part in group activities to help you get settled in and make friends.

Who should I speak to if I need help or don't know where to go?
When you're at college, you can speak to anyone with a red lanyard! If you're not sure what to do or you're feeling overwhelmed, speak to any member of staff or a student mentor (look out for their black polo shirts).
You can always come and see us on reception / student services in the front block at the King's Lynn and Wisbech campuses or the Discovery building at the Cambridge campus.

Should existing students attend induction week?
Existing students are expected to attend induction; you'll be starting a new course and meeting new people!

Transport during the first week
As you'll notice from this page, many of our courses have induction timetables which across the first four days of week (generally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). If you have a place on one of the college buses (e.g. CWA1 from March), we've allocated spaces based on your actual timetable from the second week (not your induction week). If possible, we would appreciate if you could consider making your own way to college for your induction week to minimise disruption. Without this, there may be instances where the bus becomes full before all the students have been collected.
You must show your college bus pass when boarding one of the college buses. You will not be able to board without it.

If I'm late for my first day... call our absence line on 01553 815999 and head straight up to your induction room when you arrive; we'll help you catch up!
If I can't attend my first day... call our absence line or use the student portal to log an absence.
If I forget where to go... look for staff with red lanyards or head to the nearest reception.
If I have a question about my course... your tutor will cover everything in your induction!
If I need help with travel or buses... pop over to student services or speak to someone at reception.
If I haven't received my kit or uniform yet... don't worry, in most instances you won't need it until the second week of term at earliest (hair & beauty students should wear all black in the meantime).
If I'm feeling nervous or overwhelmed... come and speak to our student welfare teams in the front block at King's Lynn and Wisbech campuses or in the Endeavour building at the Cambridge campus.
