During this evening course, one of our excellent industry-trained chefs will take you through different recipes each week. Not only will they highlight the importance of preparation, each ingredient and presentation of the dish, you'll learn basic techniques to help you recreate each dish confidently at home.
The college have spare aprons to be borrowed or feel free to bring your own.
