During this 6 week evening course, one of our excellent industry-trained chefs will take you through different recipes each week. Not only will they highlight the importance of preparation, each ingredient and presentation of the dish, you'll learn basic techniques to help you recreate each dish confidently at home.
Using the Novus Restaurant's excellent facilities and kitchen, you'll work on the following dishes:
