Two of our catering & hospitality students joined legendary chef Brian White during a dining event at Wisbech Grammar School. Brian is the president of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and has a string of TV appearances such as Ready, Steady Cook, This Morning and Saturday Kitchen. He also hosted his own BBC TV show, My Life on a Plate. Jordan Desborough and Sam White, who are both studying level 2 catering & hospitality at King's Lynn, assistant Brian in preparing a four-course meal for almost 90 diners at the school. "It was a really fun experience" said Jordan. "Brian was a lot calmer and more relaxed than other head chefs!" Sam added, "I really enjoyed working with Brian, learning new techniques and how to get the most flavour from food".

Alison Sloan, head of food and nutrition at Wisbech Gramma School was very impressed with the aspiring chefs and thanked the boys for their hard work.  She said: "The food was excellent and they both worked really hard to help make the event a huge success".
