The College of West Anglia is showcasing a fresh fleet of company vehicles thanks to a new partnership with A10 Auto Centre.
The college fleet currently has 14 vehicles that consist of cars, mini-buses and vans. 11 of these vehicles are now supplied by A10 Auto Centre.
The new contract will be more cost effective to CWA in comparison to the former fleet and the new deal now includes taxation, servicing, breakdown cover and valeting of all vehicles. A10 are also offering all staff and students (over the age of 21) a 10% discount on all rentals.
Mat Barlow, of A10 Auto Centre said: “I am thrilled that the College of West Anglia has chosen A10 Auto Centre to provide their vehicles. Our locally based company strives to provide a professional service and high standard of vehicles to all of our customers.”
The fleet also now has an electric Kia Soul, which acts as a shuttle service between the CWA King’s Lynn and Wisbech campuses. With charging points at CWA, a charging time of 0-100% in around four hours and a cost of approximately 2p/mile, this is a fantastic new addition to the fleet.
Gary Rostron, head of property services at CWA, said: “Before the settling of this new contract, the college was running cars between seven and nine years of age, causing escalating maintenance costs. We are delighted to be working with A10 Auto Centre. The new fleet provides better value for money and better reflects the image of the college and it’s great to see them finally on the road.”
