Horror show at college
Students at the College of West Anglia at King’s Lynn are preparing for a bit of bloodthirsty production next week, March 18-20..
They are staging their version of the Little Shop of Horrors, a rock horror.
It is based on the story of a nerdy florist shop worker who raises a vicious raunchy plant that feed on human blood.
The production is an adaption of the Broadway musical comedy of the same name.
The Production Arts first and second year students are doing the technical aspects for this show. The Production Arts course runs side by side with the Performing Arts course and services all of the technical needs for the theatre shows, including lighting, sound, stage management, making the props and painting the scenery.
There is still a chance to buy tickets for the show, being performed from Tuesday to Thursday
at 7pm. Tickets are £5 for adults, £4 concessions and £3 for students and can be obtained from Gill Childs on 01553 815552.
