Novus restaurant has achieved a TripAdvisor certificate of excellence for a fourth consecutive year. Certificates of excellence are awarded to hospitality businesses that have received positive reviews for their service and hold a minimum 4/5 TripAdvisor rating. Novus is a training facility for our King's Lynn students where they can develop hospitality and catering skills and gain experience working in a real, commercial environment serving the public. The restaurant has been awarded a certificate of excellence every year since 2015 and currently holds a 4.5/5 TripAdvisor rating.   Meals are prepared and served by college students under expert tutelage of industry-trained staff. Many of the ingredients used are locally sourced, such as fresh Norfolk greens and delicious Lincolnshire Red Poll beef. As well as providing lunches for hungry staff, students and visitors, Novus regularly hosts themed dinner evenings, where the menu can vary from Asian or American cuisine to market bistro dinners.
