Student cook up Children In Need treats Students and staff in the Pop-Up Cafe Pop-Up Cafe 2 Cakes are the business for Children In Need Lessons have gone on as normal but students and staff at the College of West Anglia in King’s Lynn went out of their way to use spare time and personal time to help raise money for Children In Need. Making cakes for sale was popular and raffles with many students dressing up in bright clothing and costume to draw attention. One of the most ambitious teams were the students and staff on the Foundation Studies courses who encouraged people to pop in to their first floor room of the tower block to visit the Pop-Up Pudsey Café they had created. On sale were teas and coffee, cakes and buns with many of them in fancy dress. They were hoping to raise as much as £100 from their efforts. Below them on the ground floor were some business studies students who had also made a range of cakes for sale.
