Local restaurants Titchwell Manor and Market Bistro will bring a special taste of their acclaimed menus to the College of West Anglia’s Novus Restaurant across two special theme nights.
The nights follow a recent visit to the three AA Rosette Titchwell Manor, where catering and hospitality students worked with Head Chef, Eric Snaith and his team.
Mr Snaith said: “It was great to have some of the CWA students join us for two days, they had a great attitude and have a lot of potential to do well in our industry. We are really looking forward to cooking at the college with them.”
The Titchwell Manor team will be overseeing students as they cook a specially designed taster menu, bringing a flavour of the coastal hotel’s menu to King’s Lynn, on Thursday 2nd March.
The following week, the college hosts King’s Lynn’s Market Bistro, who are currently celebrating their entry into the Waitrose Good Food Guide 2017, as they bring a taste of their menu to Novus Restaurant.
Richard and Lucy Golding, owners of Market Bistro, are looking forward to the experience. Mrs Golding said: “We are really excited to be working with the talented young student chefs of the College of West Anglia and showcasing our food at the Novus Restaurant.”
Titchwell Manor will be serving their menu on Thursday 2nd March, whilst Market Bistro take the reins on 7th March. Both evenings offer a full tasting menu for £25 per person; for full menus and to book a table, please visit
