Walk or run to help charities
Staff and students are being encouraged to walk or run to raise money for charity.
Team Sports For Charity is being held at the Lynnsport Athletics Track from 9.30am to 1pm on Tuesday, June 10.
It is being organised by Pat Kavanagh from the Uniformed Services department at the College of West Anglia, which itself will have people taking part to boost their efforts to support the RAF Benevolent Fund.
A minimum of three people are required to form a team to take part and they are free to raise money for a charity of their own choice.
The event gives people the choice as to whether they walk or run around the track.
They must complete one circuit of the track walking, or as many as they can manage, or six circuits running, or as many as they can manage.
And if a team cannot find a charity to support, Uniformed Services would welcome the additional funds.
