Our T Level course is designed to provide you with broad knowledge and understanding of the animal sector. You'll be ready with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to progress within the industry or onto higher education. Regardless of whether you wish to be animal care assistant or you wish to study animal behaviour at university, this course is an excellent opportunity for you!
What will I cover on this course?
During your time at college in our animal unit, you'll cover a wide array of core topics, including:

As part of your animal management and behaviour specialism, you will cover some of the following:

Industry placement
A big part of your study will be to complete relevant industry-based work placement. Throughout the course, you'll be required to complete a minimum of 45 days (315 hours) work placement. You'll also get the opportunity to show us what you've learned and demonstrate your abilities during numerous observations through the course. Employers can offer industry placements as a block, day release or a mix of these and you'll be making a meaningful contribution with that organisation - spending timing learning and working.
Work placement is a great opportunity for you to apply your animal management theory and skills!
