Our students have been celebrating their A-level result today at King's Lynn Campus
A-levels (short for Advanced Levels) are subject-based qualifications, which can lead to further study, training or work. This year 99% of our students passed their A-level exams, with 78% gaining grades A* - C; the highest achievement rate across West Norfolk and Fenland.
Principal David Pomfret said: “I am delighted with this year’s A-level results and couldn’t be prouder of our students’ accomplishments, especially with 78% attaining grade C or above. It is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our talented students and staff. I wish our students the very best for the next step in their careers, whether that be further study or employment.”
Phoebe Cox, 18, was one of the students who found herself grinning ear-to-ear upon opening her results. She achieved AAC in English, Sociology and Biology, respectively. Phoebe said: “I chose to study A-levels as I thought they would give me more diversity in what I learned. I’m really pleased with my results today". Phoebe now plans to progress on to further study in animal care.
