Little ones at the Applewood Nursery got to try out some hatha yoga, thanks for Toni Markham from Here and Now Yoga, King's Lynn. Hatha yoga is the practice of breathing and balance techniques to unite the spirit, body and mind.

The tots at Applewood enjoyed practicing the activity, trying out poses such as Downward Facing Dog, Snake and Cat. They even had a go at putting a yoga routine to music!
