Business Administrator - Apprenticeship - Level 3

What will I study on this course?

• Knowledge - Processes, business fundamentals, policies, stakeholders, relevant regulation, external environment factors, the organisation
• Skills - IT, record & document production, decision making, interpersonal skills, communication, quality, planning & organising and project management.
• Behaviours - professionalism, personal qualities, managing performance, adaptability, responsibility

You will need:

• An employer lined up who is starting you as an apprentice
• English and maths GCSE grade 4/C or above or equivalent
• An interview and Initial assessments will be carried out to determine suitability to work at this level.
• Your job role should be for at least 30 hrs per week, although we can consider part time roles.

How many hours / days per week is this course?

Flexible but you need an employer to commence the apprenticeship. You may be required to attend monthly campus workshops to cover the knowledge aspects of your apprenticeship

What qualification will I achieve?

• Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship

How is my course assessed?

• You will build an e-portfolio of evidence and will be assessed in the workplace using a range of methods, for example written assignments, case study work, reflective accounts and practical observation etc.
• An Assessor will visit you in the workplace on a regular basis in order to support you.
• The end point assessment is carried out by an independent and impartial assessor and includes: a knowledge test, portfolio based interview, and a project improvement presentation
