Hospitality Manager - Apprenticeship - Level 4

What will I study on this course?

• Generic hospitality manager training in business, leadership, customers and people and then apprentices get to chose a pathway.
• Food and Beverage service management
• Housekeeping service management
• Front office management
• Revenue management
• Conference and events management
• Hospitality outlet management
• Kitchen management
• Multi functional management

You will need:

• GCSE grade 4 in English and maths is preferable but not essential
• An interview and initial assessments will be carried out to determine suitability to work at this level.
• Your job role should be for at least 30 hours per week, although we can consider part time roles.

How many hours / days per week is this course?

Flexible but you need an employer to commence the apprenticeship. You will be required to attend monthly campus workshops to cover the knowledge aspects of your apprenticeship

What qualification will I achieve?

• Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship

How is my course assessed?

• You will build an e-portfolio of evidence and will be assessed in the workplace using a range of methods, for example written assignments, case study work, reflective accounts and practical observation etc.
• An Assessor will visit you in the workplace on a regular basis in order to support you.
• The end point assessment is carried out by an independent and impartial assessor and includes: Multiple choice test paper, completion of a business project and a professional discussion
