Web Application Development - Level 5

The course has been created in collaboration with CWA, Gateway Qualifications and Code Institute, to offer a combination of 'on-demand' online learning and face to face tuition one evening per week, giving you the flexibility to study at a place and time that suits you best.

You will initially study front end software development and key user experience (UX) techniques. You will gain competency in the top three programming languages, CSS, JavaScript & Python. You will then learn how to access databases and use tools like Bootstrap, Django, JQuery, PyTest & Jest. You will discover how to test code, how agile development teams work and complete full stack development projects.

You will need:

• GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4 (or above) or relevant equivalent qualification.

You will also have to undertake an initial assessment and aptitude test with Code Institute

Students with non-English qualifications are recommended to attain equivalency certification through UK ENIC
